Arguably the single most iconic symbol of Freeport, the Tori Gate at the entrance to the International Bazaar. It was demolished in May, 2023 following the demise of the Bazaar.
Many thousands of people have given this tummy a rub! This Buddha was once a favorite attraction outside a restaurant in the International Bazaar. Sadly, no one seems to know what happened to him after the Bazaar was abandoned.
